At Galltec Mess- und Regeltechnik GmbH, we are committed to our social responsibility throughout our business activities. This Code of Conduct on Social Responsibility (hereinafter referred to as “CoC”) provides detailed guidelines as to what this entails. The contents of this CoC, which are based on the Code of Conduct developed by the ZVEI, express the values which underpin the business activities of Galltec Mess- und Regeltechnik GmbH.

1. Fundamental understanding of socially responsible corporate governance

This CoC is based on a fundamental understanding of socially responsible corporate governance. For Galltec Mess- und Regeltechnik GmbH, this means assuming responsibility by considering the consequences of our business decisions and actions in economic, technological, social and ecological terms, and by achieving an appropriate balance of interests.

Galltec Mess- und Regeltechnik GmbH voluntarily contributes to the welfare and sustainable development of global society to the extent possible within our sphere of influence. 4. Implementation and enforcement
